RoadTopSeal is a commercial startup, partially owned by The University of Texas at Austin. It is committed to providing its customers worldwide with cost-effective, eco-friendly, non-toxic, and non-corrosive materials for improving roadways, parking lots, airfields, and all other traffic-bearing surfaces. RTS is affiliated with the Jon Brumley Venture Labs and Austin Technology Incubator and the Long Impact Fellowship at Texas at The University of Texas at Austin. Through clean technology innovation, RTS is promoting sustainability and revolutionizing the field of construction.
What is Top Seal White?
Top-Seal White is an environmentally safe, all-purpose liquid soil additive mixed with water and used to control and manage a variety of soil conditions in many countries throughout the world. When properly applied in sufficient, quantities, Top-Seal White will effectively prevent base failure, dust pollution, soil erosion, and loss of water from ponds and reservoirs.
How Does it Work?
Many unpaved roads throughout the world have been improved with Top-Seal White. The product is simply added to water and distributed into a road base during normal construction or reconstruction procedures. A final overcoat is applied as a finishing touch, and with occasional maintenance applications, the road will remain permanently stabilized and free from dust pollution. In the end, there are tremendous savings by eliminating the need for asphalt
maintenance repairs and reconstruction efforts
